Democrats have all but declared their intentions to redistrict State Rep. Michael Ramone out of his seat. Since New Castle will likely lose a seat to Kent or Sussex, the logical strategy would be to merge the current 20th and 21st RD's held by Nick Manolakos and Ramone respectively. Can they pull this off. How many Republican seats do you think Democrats can eliminate?
