On June 13, Sussex County Republicans elected new executive board members.
Glen Urquhart, last year's Republican candidate for House of Representatives was elected chairman by acclamation.
Urquhart's choice for Vice Chair, Eric Bodenweiser however was defeated. Former Vice Chairman John Reily will return to his position.
Lynn Brannon was elected treasurer. She has a background handling millions of dollars in claims and reimbrusements according to Delaware Politics.Net contributor Frank Knotts.
Secretary Carol Bodine was returned to office uncontested.
All officers will serve the unexpired terms of their predecessors.
